After the large Polak conference room is the smaller Passage. The 'Passage' used to be a small transitional space joining the Polak and the Maelbeek, hence the name. It is suitable for smaller, although not less important, conferences.

The Passage has room for 25 to 40 attendees, depending on how the seating is arranged. Up to 4 speakers can sit at the speakers’ desk. It has 1 interpreter’s booth and a widescreen LCD projector. The room is also suitable for audio recordings.

As the 'Passage' connects with the Polak, you can reserve both rooms together if the Polak is too small for the event.
