How do I reserve a room?

To reserve a room, we advise that you first call one of our receptionists on +32 (0)2 235 21 11 to find out about the rooms and services we offer.

Next, please always send your booking request electronically by completing and forwarding this electronic form. The form contains the following details:

  • the room you wish to book
  • the date of your event
  • whether the event will take place in the morning, afternoon or all day (please indicate the exact times if possible)
  • any special requirements you have (catering, technical support, use of the video wall in the Polak Room, beamer, flipchart, pens, notepads, etc.)
  • full contact details of the contact person.

One of our receptionists will then send you a confirmation e-mail.
