The vibrant cafe and restaurant is situated on the ground floor, replacing the former banqueting hall. It can seat more than 100 people.
It is where customers can enjoy a cool beer –after all, this is Belgium– or a light snack in the ambience of the original 1920s decor.
The cuisine is perhaps best described as ‘brasserie’ stile, offering the finest Belgian dishes (depending on seasonal availability) and a few selected specialities from other countries. And since we are well aware of the fact that journalists tend to work irregular hours, sandwiches and snacks are served all day long.
Looking for a place to meet up with colleagues and chat? Trying to find a quiet corner to sip your drink and read your paper? No problem. A separate lounge has been provided next to the cafe for this very purpose.
