How do I unsubscribe from a newsletter?

Log in on the homepage using your user name and password.
Click on "Subscriptions" at the bottom of the homepage.
A page will appear showing the newsletter(s) to which you are currently subscribed.
Deselect the newsletter(s) you no longer wish to receive.
Check that your e-mail address is correct.
Click on "Update subscriptions".
